The process.

For the client, A Commission piece is the ultimate trust in an Artist and For the artist, its a vulnerable extension of self. The process is as special as the painting you get to hang on your wall.

Commissions are taken on an individual ‘case by case’ basis And is only accepted when the client’s request is within The Artist’s style scope aND allow an agrEed upon level of creative freedom. Purpose and COMPATIBILITY are essential when embarking on this journey.

THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% payable before delivery. Refunds are not available after work has commenced. All paintings are original and under no circumstances are they to be reproduced in any form, this falls under copyright law. If requested, a single collection of images demonstrating the work in progress is provided approximately 3 weeks after commencement. If progress photos are not requested, the client will receive images of the finished painting upon completion, before shipping. Feedback can be provided upon completion before signature and alterations can be mutually considered at this time. The artist will not direct replicate any paintings. The client understands the nature of art and that the artist makes the sincerest attempt to paint something aesthetically pleasing to the client, based on the details of his/her personal taste provided above. Distaste is not a valid reason for a refund.
